Shipping & Return Questions

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, standard domestic orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. The processing and shipping of your item (for standard shipping), excluding weekends and holidays, may take 3-7 business days after your payment has been confirmed and processed (unless otherwise stated on the product details). Next day and 2 business day shipping options are also available. All orders received before 12pm CST will begin processing the same day; any orders placed after 12pm CST will begin processing on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm CST will ship the following Monday.

We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes at this time. We offer domestic shipping within the United States and plan to expand to international shipping in the near future!

An email notification with the shipping company and tracking information will be sent to you once your product has been shipped.
Items indicated as “Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.

Due to product availability, we DO NOT offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit for an item of equal or lesser value. Our policy is valid for 7 days. Unfortunately, we are unable to give an exchange if 7 days have passed since your item was shipped. Also for Exchanges, customers must pay for return shipping of the item. A store credit will then be issued to you in order to place an order for the new item of exchange. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE. All returned items MUST be in new and unused conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. The original cost of shipping is not refundable and, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping to return the item. It may take some time for the exchanged item to reach the customer, depending on the customer’s location. Once we receive your package, we will process the store credit within 7-10 business days and notify the customer via email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or getting shipment insurance for items that cost more than $75. Please note that we cannot guarantee when we will receive the returned goods.

Missing/Lost or Stolen Goods: IYAYI LLC is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to), or any delays by the shipping courier/carrier service. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay or issues in your order's delivery date. If the item you ordered was lost or stolen, we (IYAYI LLC) are not responsible for the cost of the item. In these cases, please contact your local post office to track the missing item.

Damages In the unlikely case that your actual item is flawed, We apologize greatly! Within seven days of receiving your order, please email our customer support staff at info@iyayioffcial.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. Our representatives will be pleased to help you!

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of your order placement/purchase at info@iyayiofficial.com. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Miscellaneous/Product Questions

At this time IYAYI LLC is an online/e-commerce fashion store.
Due to an unforeseen and rare event, the item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order and refunded to your original form of payment

On our website, US size equivalents are also listed. However on the clothing pieces, UK sizes are physically tagged because we carry international african brands that utilize the european UK sizing system.

Generally, UK sizes are 2 sizes higher in number format than US sizes (for example US 8 = UK 12). Closely reviewing the inches and measurements on the brand size chart is also recommended and helpful. ENSURE YOU ARE PAYING ATTENTION TO THE INCHES & MEASUREMENTS FOR EACH BRAND AS SIZING VARIES ACROSS BRANDS AND STYLES
