Return and Exchanges Policy

A) U.S Domestic Orders: Due to product availability, we DO NOT offer refunds, only store credit or exchanges via store credit for an item of equal or lesser value. Our policy is valid for 7 days (including weekends). Unfortunately, we are unable to give an exchange or receive a return if 7 days have passed since your item was delivered. Upon approval through the return request portal, your return package must be postmarked/shipped out within 7 days after the delivery date. All transactions and sales are final once an exchange is made.

Also for Exchanges, customers must pay for return shipping of the item. A store credit will then be issued to you in order to place an order for the new item of exchange. Please note we cannot guarantee availability of the same item at the time of exchange. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE. Items must be in the original packaging to avoid a $6.99 stocking fee being deducted from store credit or charged.

All returned items MUST be in new and unused conditions with all tags attached. If the item is NOT returned in new condition, your credit will NOT be issued. The original cost of shipping is not refundable and, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping to return the item. It may take some time for the exchanged item to reach the customer, depending on the customer’s location. Once we receive your package, we will process the store credit within 7-10 business days and notify the customer via email. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or getting shipment insurance for all items should you choose your own carrier. Please note that we cannot guarantee when we will receive the returned goods. Each item is shipped and inspected by us personally and will not be shipped with any defects. Please be sure about your purchase before placing your order and ensure you are closely following the size charts. Items indicated as “Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange or merchandise credit.

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

  • To be eligible for store credit or exchange via store credit, you must first begin your return process here within 7 days of receiving the item. Upon approval, your return package must be postmarked/shipped out within 7 days after the delivery date. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, receiving approval of return, or after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. Items cannot be physically dropped off for return and must be mailed to the address provided upon approval of return request
  • All returned items must be in new condition with tags still attached
  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused
  • There should be no visible makeup or deodorant stains on the item 

The following items are not eligible for return: 

  • Items marked as final sale
  • PR items, Free gifts, promotional items, worn items, pop-up shop sales. 

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we will not issue a credit.

  • Log in to your account:

-In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

-In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

-Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

  • Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  • Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  • Click "Submit request".

-Once we receive your return request, it will be reviewed for approval. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days.

-Please be aware that returns are not free. If you use our prepaid return label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your store credit. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

-Please note: Returns initiated outside of our returns portal are ineligible for store credit.

To ensure the safety of our staff and customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, returned items will be kept in a temporary quarantine area for 72 hours before processing. This is a precautionary measure to prevent the spread of the virus.

B) International Orders: No returns or exchanges on international shipping. All sales are final

Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of your order placement/purchase at info@iyayiofficial.com. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Missing/Lost or Stolen Goods
IYAYI LLC is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to), or any delays by the shipping courier/carrier service. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay or issues in your order's delivery date. If the item you ordered was lost or stolen, we (IYAYI LLC) are not responsible for the cost of the item. In these cases, please contact your local post office to track the missing item.
