Shipping Policy

We use a variety of shipping companies to deliver packages domestically in the United States and DHL for International shipping. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders may take up to 2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process. The shipping of your item (for standard domestic shipping), excluding weekends and holidays, may take 3-7 business days after your payment has been confirmed and processed (unless otherwise stated on the product details).  The shipping of your item (for standard international shipping), excluding weekends and holidays, may take 7-14 business days after your payment has been confirmed and processed (unless otherwise stated on the product details). U.S Domestic Orders

Next business day and 2 business day shipping options are also available. All orders received before 12pm CST will begin processing the same day; any orders placed after 12pm CST will begin processing on the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 12pm CST will ship the following Monday. Please be advised if you place a NEXT BUSINESS DAY order after 12 pm on Thursday or anytime on Friday you will not receive your order until Monday. IYAYI LLC is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping courier/carrier service. During the holiday season, courier operations may experience seasonal delays, impacting delivery timelines. Free shipping on orders over $300. We are unable to ship to U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes at this time. A signature may be required for deliveries of $300 or more.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of your order placement/purchase at info@iyayiofficial.com. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Missing/Lost or Stolen Goods
IYAYI LLC is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by lost or stolen and/or unclaimed packages, or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to), or any delays by the shipping courier/carrier service. Please ensure that your shipping information is correct to avoid a delay or issues in your order's delivery date. If the item you ordered was lost or stolen, we (IYAYI LLC) are not responsible for the cost of the item. In these cases, please contact your local post office to track the missing item.

International Orders

Taxes and Duties

At checkout, taxes and duties will be shown to help prevent any additional fees at customs. Be sure to review your order carefully before placing it, as we cannot modify or edit international orders once they are submitted. IYAYI LLC is not liable for any additional customs charges on international orders.

Customs Charges and Abandoned Packages

If the customer/recipient refuses to pay the customs fees imposed by your/their country and chooses to abandon the package for any reason, DHL will charge a return fee, which must be covered by the customer. If we do not receive any response from the customer, the package will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of by DHL. IYAYI LLC cannot offer any credits, refunds, or replacements under any circumstances.

Customs Clearance Fees and Holding Times

IYAYI LLC is not responsible for customs clearance fees or any delays caused by customs in your country. These matters are beyond our control.

Customer Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to understand the tax and duties thresholds for your country. Please review your country’s tax regulations and customs thresholds prior to placing an order. Also, be mindful of potential currency fluctuations.

After an order is placed, the selected delivery option cannot be altered, and once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
